The Pulperias appeared in XVI century in all Latin America and were the first commercial establishments that combined the functions of a general store with those of the tavern, selling alcoholic beverages and with other functions, such as post office, social gatherings, dances, games, and even political committees.

IN 2018
out of love for preparing and serving. We provide all our guests a good time, creative drinks and good food, soul music, games, dance and our products, La Pulperia brand, which we create with all our love.
The term pulperia
came from the fact that the manager had to act with his hands like an octopus' to handle the variety of items that were ordered from him. He was called the "Pulpero".
